TAHIPACK produces high-technological professional equipment for automatic filling of liquid and viscous products (detergents, cosmetics, wellness, etc.). The machines are designed according to the characteristics of the products (such as surfactants) which influence on the filling process as foaming, different viscosity, viscosity-temperature characteristics, etc. Special patented filling valves with their own technology help the precise process. For foaming products we offer linear volumetric and flowmetric machines, multiblocs, where we use filling without contact with filling nozzles completely sunk below the level of the product and constantly moving upward during filling, following the specific container form.
TAHIPACK offers special program for the cosmetic products – liquid soaps, shampoos, shower gels, conditioners, body lotion, tonics, wellness products and other liquid or semi-liquid (mouthwash solutions), or viscous structure (gels or jellylike substances), also some pharmaceutical and medical fluids and products. This group of products requires high levels of hygiene of the technique itself, perfect accurate dosing and perfect appearance. In this direction the machines completely correspond to the standards and implementation of the special filling valve, which guarantees the stability of the jet without foaming and possibility for easy cleaning when changing product. We offer volumetric filling machines, flowmetric filling machines and filling machines by weight with variety of options for closing. The special features of the geometry of the package determines the leading filling and capping modules. The complete filling lines are integrated with labeling machines for self-adhesive labels, hot-melt labels or thermo-shrinkable (sleeve) labels.
At the end of the filling lines we offer our machines for group packing in shrinkable film or for grouping in cardboard boxes, and various configurations of palletizing systems. The advantages of the complete filling lines are in the increasing of the efficiency and elimination of the manual labor, very good appearance of the product and precise multi-packs and pallets.
