Special features of the machine
CRIMA can reach up to 33 strokes per minute (depending on the size of the product to be packaged and the type of film used).
In addition, CRIMA and CRIMA FAST have a longitudinal unit of three pairs of sealing wheels: this unit enables packaging with thicker film, in a modified atmosphere with laminated film (insertion of gas or alcohol in the bags to avoid mould formation, eliminating oxygen and increasing product life).
The roll holder is a bridge structure, with 700 mm maximum standard roll width, 250 mm maximum external roll diameter.
The touch screen control panel is included in the packaging machine.

Other CRIMA details
With this packaging machine and bagger, our customers can use various types of film (printed, smooth, perforated, transparent and net) in polypropylene, polyethylene and laminated polythene. The possibility to work with different types of film is due to the sealing bars, designed specifically for these types of materials.
With CRIMA, it is possible to package horizontally (as trays and containers with low edges, etc.) through joining the machine to the optional input and output conveyors, or with the output chute, also optional when using inclined packaging.
Optional elements
Among the accessories available, we supply our customers with the gas injection device and alcohol spray.
The device to pre-heat the wheels is also available: it is needed to heat another pair of wheels, lengthening the film sealing time (for the airtight closure of even thicker films).
When the packaging products exceed 700 millimetres and a bigger sized roll is needed, the structure of the machine changes and becomes CRIMA 1000: a packaging machine that we customise and on which the roll can reach a width of 1000 millimetres (ideal for packaging panettone, one-kilo loaves and other products).
