- Electronic horizontal packaging machine movable guillotine “BOX MOTION” and with upside down winding of the packaging film, at the bottom of the machine.
- The main machine is made of painted steel RAL 9006 and stainless steel AISI 304 protective covers and 4 adjustable legs.
- 2600 mm feed conveyor (usable load space approx. 2200 mm approximately) complete with AISI 304 stainless steel plates and side protection surfaces
- The horizontal sealing is done by 3 sets of independent rollers with a diameter of 120mm. The first set is for the promotion of the film, the second set for the gluing of the film and the third set for the driving and shaping of the film.
- Film preheating and cooling system.
- Pneumatic opening of the sealing rollers.
Box-motion jaw system, movable (front – back), for sealing and cutting the extreme sealing 300mm wide, with a compressed air cutting knife. - Electronic torque tester with low pressure system on the vertical sealing jaws.
